Psychotherapy & Pyschoeducation
We understand life can sometimes be difficult and we want to guide you through those times. Catapult Wellness specializes in culturally diverse therapeutic interventions. We utilize a trauma informed cognitive therapy approach in most cases but always ensure consumers have the final word on approaches to care.
Join a group session with one of our counselors or Peer led groups like Parent Cafes, Medicaid is accepted.
Community Health Worker
A Community Health Worker (CHW) is a community member of who empowers their peers through education and connections to health and social resources. They have proven success in increasing health outcomes for their communities because of thorough knowledge of the cultural norms of the people they serve, as they often live in the community themselves. They educate their peers about disease and injury prevention, work to make health services more accessible, and strengthen their communities to create positive change.
Housing: Referral and navigation
Currently offering referral and housing navigation You will speak with housing or referral navigator who will guide you through programs available to you and/or your family. This service is free for qualified participants.
